Recording Distribution Lists Names
(Embedded Voice Mail)

To record a name for a distribution list:

1. Access the Administrator's mailbox.

2. Press [7] for the Distribution Lists menu.

3. Enter a three-digit distribution list number from 001 to 049.

4. Press [4] to record a name for this list.

This name will be played back when you address a message to this distribution list.

5. Press any key to stop recording.
